Dr. Abdul Razzak Juratli, MD, MSc, FRCS (ORL-HNS), is a Consultant Ear, Nose and Throat Surgeon with extensive experience in rhinoplasty, rhinology, otology, paediatric ENT and head and neck surgery.
His medical career includes consultant practice within the UK’s National Health Service, academic teaching at Damascus University and specialist clinical practice in the UAE.
A Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons of England, Dr. Juratli holds an intercollegiate fellowship qualification associated with the four Royal Colleges of Surgeons in the UK and Ireland.
He has dedicated much of his surgical career to understanding the relationship between nasal anatomy, breathing function and facial aesthetics, particularly in patients seeking functional, aesthetic or revision rhinoplasty.
Beyond nose surgery, his experience covers complex sinus disorders, ear conditions, throat disorders, paediatric ENT problems and selected advanced head and neck procedures.
Today, he provides specialist consultations for patients in Dubai and Sharjah, offering individual assessments and treatment plans based on each patient’s medical needs and goals.

01. Functional, Aesthetic & Revision Rhinoplasty
Surgical assessment and treatment of nasal shape, structure and breathing problems, including primary rhinoplasty, revision nose surgery, crooked noses, post-traumatic deformities and nasal obstruction.
Treatment planning considers both nasal function and natural facial proportions.
02. Nasal, Sinus & Rhinology Care
Diagnosis and management of chronic sinusitis, nasal polyps, persistent nasal blockage, deviated nasal septum and other conditions affecting nasal breathing.
His surgical experience includes functional endoscopic sinus surgery (FESS) and advanced endoscopic techniques for selected complex conditions.
